Corporate Promotional Gifts
Promotional gifts that don't end up in the drawer: useful and well-made promotional items, with your logo applied thoughtfully, for marketing campaigns, clients, trade shows, and teams. We produce from 10 units and deliver wherever needed. Below you'll find the catalogue by categories, indicative prices, and what's included for €3, €5, or €10 per person.
The Promotional Item That Lasts is the One That Advertises
A promotional gift only works if it survives the following week: if the pen writes, the bottle is used, and the bag goes out again. Catalogues of thousands of cheap promotional products do the opposite: advertising material that lasts a day and fills bins.
That's why Pekata's promotional gifts catalogue is short and curated: branded items people would buy, with your logo small and in the right place. You see each piece already personalised before approval, we produce the units you need and deliver to your office, the event venue, or each recipient's home.
Branded Items That Get Used
- Promotional stationery: engraved metal pens, notebooks, and calendars with your brand.
- Personalised bottles and mugs and logo thermoses: advertising that lives on everyone's desk.
- Personalised backpacks and bags and personalised umbrellas: promotional items with the longest lifespan and greatest visibility.
- Promotional textiles: personalised t-shirts and caps for event teams, volunteering, and activations. Each person chooses their size on the portal, no Excel sheets.
- Gourmet treats with your brand: personalised chocolates and sweets for trade shows and visits.
How It Works
- Tell us about the campaign: who it's for, how many units, budget per piece, and date. We propose the items.
- Upload your logo and approve each promotional gift already personalised on screen.
- We produce and deliver: to your office, the event, or directly to each client, with a single invoice.
Promotional Gifts for Clients, Trade Shows, and Teams
For clients and visits, a personalised and quality promotional gift opens more doors than ten plastic pens; for trade shows and conferences, the event promotional material, from the stand kit to the goodie bag, comes from the same catalogue, with branded lanyards and personalised chocolates with your logo included; for the team, the corporate merchandising becomes welcome packs and campaign gifts.
And if the gift goes to a client, remember that the expense has its own tax treatment — we explain it in the client gifts guide.
Marking Techniques for Promotional Items
- Laser engraving on metal: pens, thermos flasks and steel bottles. It doesn't wear off with use and provides a subtle finish, matching the item.
- Screen printing on textiles and bags: t-shirts, caps and totes. Flat colours and large logos; the usual choice for event teams.
- Embroidery on textiles: polos, sweatshirts and caps. More wash-resistant than screen printing and offers a premium finish for client promotional gifts.
- Pad printing and digital printing on plastic, ceramics and paper: mugs, notebooks and boxes. Allows multiple colours and fine logo details.
- Printed wrapping and labels on gourmet items: branded chocolates and sweets, ideal for trade shows and visits.

What if we're only 30 people?
This is the question for almost every small campaign: will 30 units cost a fortune, or will no one produce them at all? Here, the minimum order is 10 units, so the latter won't happen: we produce 30, or 12. What does change is the price per unit, because the fixed cost of branding — the screen for printing, the embroidery digitisation, the die for a pin — is spread over fewer pieces.
The way to barely notice this is to choose techniques without tooling: laser engraving is done piece by piece, and digital printing and sublimation have no setup cost. With these techniques, the difference between ordering 30 units and 300 is greatly reduced. And since each person chooses their size and colour on the portal, you don't overbuy to cover sizes: it's the same process as welcome packs.
How unit price changes with quantity
| Units | Price per unit | What happens behind the scenes |
|---|---|---|
| 10 units | Top end of the range for each item | Preparing the branding costs the same for 10 pieces as for 2,500, and here it's spread over 10. It's the minimum order and is produced the same. |
| 50 units | Still in the upper half of the range | The artwork is already done and that same fixed cost weighs a fifth per piece compared to 10 units. |
| 100 units | First clear jump | Batch techniques start to pay off: the cover of a notebook moves from digital printing to screen printing, and for pins, the mould is now spread over enough pieces. |
| 250 units | Near the low end of the range | Own die and offset printing pay off. In cosmetics, the clear jump is between 100 and 250 units; for printed folders, it comes a bit later, around 250-500, when printing shifts from digital to offset. |
The price ranges on each product page already reflect this spread: the high end corresponds to small runs and the low end to large orders. Within each range, the price also depends on the model and branding technique.

What to ask from a promotional items supplier
Promotional items are often sold through a closed catalogue: you choose a reference, accept a minimum order, and see the result when the box arrives. Before finalising, ask for four things: the price with branding included, a digital proof of your logo on the item, a timeline calculated backwards from the campaign date, and who is responsible if delivery fails.
Here's how it works: you approve each customised item before production, we produce from 10 units, deliver to the office, event venue or each person's home, and everything comes on a single invoice — which can be issued by a Special Employment Centre if you need to account it as an alternative measure under the LGD in Spain. If the campaign is for the team, the same catalogue can be set up as corporate merchandising or as a welcome pack.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for promotional gifts?
There isn't one: we produce from 10 units, so you can order ten promotional gifts for a business visit or thousands for a campaign. The order as a whole must also come to at least €100 excluding VAT. In large runs, the unit price drops, and we plan production with your campaign date.
What's the difference between a promotional gift, advertising gift, and merchandising?
In practice, none: they are items with your brand. We talk about advertising or promotional gifts when they go to clients and the public, and corporate merchandising when they go to the team. Our catalogue serves both purposes.
Can you personalise with multiple logos or a campaign message?
Yes: logo, campaign slogan, or a custom design, always with a preview before production. For campaigns with multiple designs, we show you each variant.
How much do personalised promotional gifts cost?
It depends on the item and quantity: an engraved metal pen ranges from 2 to 6 € and an engraved thermal bottle from 15 to 30 €, always indicative and with marking applied. We'll provide a fixed price per piece in the proposal.
How long does the production of promotional items take?
The timeframe depends on the marking technique, item, and quantity, so there isn't a single timeframe. Once you provide the campaign date, we plan production backwards and confirm the timeframe in the proposal.
Do you have a catalogue of promotional products?
Yes, although it's not a catalogue with thousands of references. We work with a short selection per category (stationery, drinkware, bags, textiles, technology, small gifts, gourmet, events and awards) and each category has its own page with materials, branding techniques and indicative prices per unit. If you don't see the item you're looking for, let us know when requesting a proposal.
What are the cheapest promotional gifts?
High-volume items: a pencil or a cardboard bookmark from around €0.20, a flexible magnet from €0.20, a pin badge from €0.30, a chocolate with printed wrapper from €0.40, and a promotional pen in one colour between €1 and €2, always with branding included. For that price, a simple well-made item is better than a complicated one of poor quality: a cheap promotional item that gets thrown away doesn't advertise.
Are you manufacturers or suppliers of promotional items?
We are the supplier: we select the item, handle the branding, and are responsible for the timeline, delivery, and outcome. For you, it's a single point of contact, one invoice, and a preview you approve before anything is produced.
