What Can Be Personalised
- The main engraving: company logo in vector format, award name and year. We request the logo in SVG, PDF or AI; if you only have a PNG, we'll vectorise it for you.
- The individual text of each piece: name of the person or team, title, category and date. Each trophy in the order can have a different engraving at no extra file change cost.
- The shape and material: custom-cut acrylic, optical crystal with bevel, beech or oak wood, natural slate or anodised aluminium plaque.
- The colour: laser engraving in one tone (matte on the material itself) or full-colour UV printing when the logo has gradients or multiple colours.

How to Order Trophies
- Design and preview. You tell us the material, approximate height, and the list of names and categories. We set up the engraving with your logo and send you the preview of the personalised trophy on screen, piece by piece, for you to check texts and accents before approval.
- Production and marking. Once approved, the material is cut and each unit is engraved with its individual text. Laser engraving is the usual finish; if the logo has multiple colours or gradients, UV printing is used. Production typically takes two to three weeks, and a bit longer for optical crystal or a custom-designed award, which includes the mock-up phase.
- Delivery. We ship to the office, the event venue, or the home of each awardee, throughout Europe, with individual packaging to ensure the trophy arrives unmarked. One single invoice for the entire order.
When to order and what to pair with
The occasions are quite predictable: the annual sales convention, long service awards, the completion of a long project, an internal tournament, or the awards ceremony of an industry congress. In the first three cases, the order is for a few units with individual names, and crystal or wood is advisable as they withstand close scrutiny better. For events with an audience, where many identical pieces are given out, acrylic and medals are more cost-effective and lighter to transport; they fit well within event, trade fair, and congress merchandising.
A trophy is usually accompanied.
