Custom Aprons for Businesses, Starting from 10 Units
Custom aprons for businesses are worn all day and in public: in a kitchen, at a bar, or at a tasting stand. That's why the fabric weight, strap length, and logo placement matter more than the catalogue colour. We produce from 10 units and show you the customised apron on screen before you approve anything.
Fabric Weight Determines How Many Washes It Can Withstand
The difference between an apron that sags after a few months and one that withstands daily use is rarely in the catalogue price, but in the fabric. A 65/35 polyester-cotton bib of 190-220 g/m² can handle industrial washing at 60 °C, barely shrinks, and dries quickly: it's the standard in hospitality and bakeries. A 100% cotton canvas of 240-320 g/m² drapes better and ages gracefully, and is the usual choice in gourmet shops, tastings, and local trade, although it shrinks a bit on the first wash and takes longer to dry. Linen and linen-cotton blends are reserved for haute cuisine and gifts: they drape beautifully, cost more, and are less resistant to daily use.
The second detail is ergonomics. A standard bib measures 70 × 90 cm and covers from the sternum to the knee; for tall people or front-of-house service, the 75 × 100 cm is advisable. Straps of 100-120 cm allow for tying at the front, which is how most people tie them, and the adjustable neck with a buckle prevents neck marks during long shifts. If the garment is to be worn with the rest of the team, also consider customised workwear and custom corporate textiles so that colour and logo match.
What Can Be Customised
- The logo, embroidered on the chest or pocket (up to about 10 cm wide) or screen printed and digital transfer for large and multi-colour logos.
- The apron and strap colours: black, anthracite, sand, olive green, burgundy, and white are the least likely to fade with washing; contrasting straps are an economical way to make the brand stand out.
- The model and length: bib, waist bistro style, sommelier with triple pocket, denim with cross straps, or children's for workshops and family events.
- Finishing details: kangaroo or divided pocket, towel loop, woven label with the venue's name on the hem, and metal buckle on the neck.
- Each person's name under the logo, and the size or colour each one chooses on the Pekata portal, just like with customised company t-shirts.

How It's Done
- Design and Preview: send us the logo in vector format (SVG, PDF, or AI) and choose model, colour, and position. If you only have a PNG, we'll vectorise it. We return the apron assembled on screen, with the real size of the marking, and nothing is produced until you approve it.
- Production and Marking: embroidery for small logos and thick fabrics, screen printing when there's volume and few colours, digital transfer for gradients and photography. We produce from 10 units and the usual timeframe is two to three weeks from approval, depending on model and technique.
- Delivery: to the office, venue, event location or each person's home, across Europe. Each individual selects their size and address on the portal, in their language, and you receive a single invoice.
Where a Logo Apron Works
In hospitality and food retail, the apron is a uniform: bars, bakeries, greengrocers, gourmet shops and food trucks. Here, durable fabric and dark colours are key. At fairs and activations, it ensures a stand with showcooking or tastings is recognisable as a brand from afar; if you're preparing for a fair, combine it with the rest of the event, fair and congress merchandising to keep the team consistent. In companies without a public-facing kitchen, there are two clear uses: team-building cooking workshops and welcome kits.
As a gift, it works because it's used at home. A canvas bib with a small logo on the chest and a name card fits into a corporate welcome pack and pairs with gourmet products or wine inside the Pekata box, with a band, label and card featuring your brand. It takes up little space, doesn't depend on size, and is seen every week.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a personalised apron with my company logo cost?
A basic polyester-cotton bib of 190-220 g/m² with the logo applied costs between €6 and €12 per unit, and a waist bistro apron between €5 and €10. Cotton canvas of 240-320 g/m² with embroidery ranges from €12 to €22, denim from €18 to €30, and linen from €20 to €35. These are indicative prices excluding VAT and improve with volume.
What is the minimum order for personalised aprons?
The minimum order is 10 units. The order as a whole must also come to at least €100 excluding VAT. What changes with quantity is the price per apron, as screen printing spreads the cost of the screens and embroidery the cost of digitising the logo across all units. In large orders, this fixed cost almost disappears from the unit price.
How long does it take for an order of logo aprons to arrive?
Typically, it takes two to three weeks from when you approve the preview, depending on the model and marking technique. Embroidery and colours not in stock tend to be at the higher end of that range. If you have a fixed event date, let us know before starting, and we'll adjust the model to what can arrive on time.
What looks better on an apron, embroidery or screen printing?
Embroidery withstands more washes and looks better on thick fabrics like canvas or denim, with a logo up to about 10 cm wide on the chest. Screen printing is cost-effective when there's volume and the logo is large and in few flat colours. For gradients or photographs, we use digital transfer, which withstands domestic washes at 40°C.
Can each employee's name be added to their apron?
Yes. It's embroidered or applied via transfer below the logo, in a small font and the same thread colour. Each person writes their name and chooses the model, colour and size on the Pekata portal, in their language, so HR doesn't have to gather lists or addresses.
