Customised Corporate Folders with Your Logo

Customised corporate folders remain a daily staple in meetings, training sessions, and conferences. We offer everything from full-colour printed card folders to faux leather portfolios with closures and embossing. We produce from 10 units, and you can see the design applied on screen before approval.

A Folder is Judged When Opened, Not When Distributed

A corporate folder has two lives. The first lasts ten seconds: someone picks it up from the table and decides if it looks professional. The second lasts months, as folders are kept with documents inside. Therefore, the detail that makes the difference isn't the size of the logo, but the weight of the card, the lamination that prevents fingerprints, and a flap that truly holds the papers. Our standard is 300 to 350 g/m² coated card with matte lamination: below 300 g/m², the flap gives way when the folder is full.

Our approach is the same as in the rest of our customised stationery and desk items: a concise catalogue, materials we trust, and the logo applied with care, usually in one position and in one or two colours. If you need the folder for a conference, we assemble it with a notepad and pen inside; if it's for welcome materials, it fits directly into the corporate welcome pack.

What Can Be Customised

  • The complete design of the printed folder: exterior and interior in full colour, with your logo, corporate colours, and texts or indexes on the back cover.
  • The material and finish: coated card with matte or gloss lamination, translucent polypropylene, natural cork, recycled RPET felt, or faux leather with embossing.
  • The format and closure: A4 with flap, A5 for small notepads, elastic band, Velcro, or perimeter zip on portfolios.
  • The content: notepad with your header, interior card holder, and customised corporate pens to match, assembled and sealed as a single item.
  • The eco version: recycled card, natural cork, or RPET felt if your other merchandise follows this line.

How We Do It

  • Design and Preview: you send us the logo in vector format (SVG, PDF, or AI) and, if you only have a PNG, we vectorise it; for this, we need a file at least 600 px wide, as below that resolution the tracing is poor. We set up the folder die with your brand and show you the on-screen preview, with the real position and size of the marking, before you approve anything.
  • Production and branding: we print, die-cut, and fold the cardboard folders, or apply screen printing, laser, or blind embossing depending on the material. We produce the exact quantity you need, even if it's just one folder, starting from 10 units.
  • Delivery: to your office, the event venue, or each person's address, across Europe. If the distribution is individual, each recipient confirms their address on the Pekata portal, in their own language, so HR doesn't have to collect data. You receive a single invoice.

Where They Work Best and What to Pair Them With

The clearest use remains the event: an A4 folder with documentation, a notepad inside, and a pen in the slot. If the event is a trade fair or conference, it's wise to consider two versions: a simple cardboard folder for mass distribution and a faux leather or cork portfolio for closed meetings with clients; in event, trade fair, and conference merchandising we explain how to allocate the budget between both. They also work well for internal training, onboarding, and commercial documentation left after a visit.

They pair well with other desk items: pen, notebook, diary, and calendar with the same graphic line. And if the folder is part of a welcome package or an end-of-year gift, we place it in the Pekata box with a band, label, and card with your brand, alongside gourmet products or other customised corporate gifts with your logo, so everything arrives as a single package.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a customised folder with my company's logo cost?

An A4 cardboard folder of 300 to 350 g/m² with a flap and full-colour printing costs around €1.50-4 per unit. A conference folder with a notepad and pen holder ranges from €5 to 12, and a faux leather portfolio with a zip from €14 to 28. These are indicative prices, excluding VAT and with the logo already applied; the die-cutting and setup costs are spread across the order units, so the price per folder decreases with volume.

What is the minimum order for customised folders?

The minimum order is 10 units. The order as a whole must also come to at least €100 excluding VAT. The most significant price drop for printed folders occurs around 250-500 units, when it's worth switching from digital to offset printing. Below that number, the cost per folder is higher, but you order the exact quantity you need and don't end up with stock stored in a cupboard.

How long does it take for a folder order to arrive?

For printed cardboard folders, it usually takes two to three weeks from when you approve the preview, including die-cutting, folding, and delivery. Faux leather, cork, or leather portfolios, with blind embossing or laser engraving, typically take three to four weeks. These are approximate times: if you have a fixed event date, let us know when requesting the proposal, and we'll adjust the material to that timeframe.

What branding technique is used on a corporate folder?

On cardboard, the entire design is printed, digital for short runs and offset for long runs, with a matte or gloss laminate on top. On polypropylene, screen printing with one or two colours is common. Cork is laser engraved, RPET felt uses digital transfer or embroidery, and faux leather and leather use blind embossing, which leaves the logo indented and ink-free.

Can the folders be assembled with a notepad and pen inside?

Yes, it's one of the most requested setups for conferences and training sessions. We prepare the folder with a 20-30 sheet notepad with your header and a matching pen, and deliver it assembled as a single item, with the event documentation inside if you send it printed or we print it ourselves. An interior card holder or a welcome card can also be added.
